Please note our hours of operation for the holiday season and the coming year. We have aligned our hours of operation with those of government facilities and courier providers and we appreciate your consideration of our requests noted below during these shortened hours of operation.
Our regular working hours are Monday to Friday: 7:30-17:00.

We will not be accepting routine samples on the days that we are closed. In order to comply with the SDWA, arrangements can be made for microbiology resamples and /or emergencies only by contacting our microbiology department after-hours emergency cell phones:

- Please contact your client services representative for information on emergency/after-hours coverage and associated cost, as well as to ensure you have sufficient sampling supplies for the holiday season.
- Clients who are located in close proximity to either the Lakefield site or London site are encouraged to hand deliver samples if possible on days before holiday closures / reduced hours.
- Please do not overnight ship microbiology samples on the day before a holiday closure, as they will be received outside of acceptable holding times.
